SUBMISSIONS
The Green Press is a bi-annual digital magazine. We publish thought-provoking essays, personal narratives, and creative works that showcase how the environment shapes our lives.

We accept submissions in a variety of formats, like long-form essays, flash non-fiction, memoirs, photo essays, reported pieces, and anything in between. We don't typically include poetry or fiction. Both new and experienced writers are encouraged to submit.

Not sure if your piece is a right fit? It probably is. We don't have strict expectations. Really just writing and art that has something to say about the earth.

Submissions are open for our Fall issue from June 1st-July 15th. The theme is hope. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. Everyone will get a response by July 22nd.
